I spent years watching people lose negotiations they should have won, settle disputes for fractions of what they deserved, and walk into courtrooms without understanding the rules of the game. Not because they lacked intelligence, but because the frameworks and strategies used by trained negotiators, corporate lawyers, and deal-makers were locked behind expensive retainers and elite programs.

I went through it myself. As a self-represented litigant in Ontario Superior Court of Justice, I learned what it takes to stand across from institutional power and hold your ground. That experience shaped everything Claritum is today.

My career spans three countries: process improvement and IT architecture in India, enterprise systems delivery in the United Kingdom, and public sector transformation in Canada. Every role sharpened the same core skill: taking complexity, finding the leverage point, and building systems that give ordinary people extraordinary advantages.
